Christmas may be over but the amount of holidays to come are endless. Winter in Texas has just begun and others may be smacked in the middle of it. It's a season of coming together, whether if you have a companion or not, during this time we are forced to think, a lot, trapped behind ice cold windows and doors. Tis' the season to binge on some great movies, shows and music we challenge you to discover some of the greatest out there, as we will be posting some of our own favorite starting with the wonderful track by one of our favorite band, The Maine.

"Do you remember, the other half of 23?" I honestly have never seen a band continuously evolve and improve as much as The Maine. As I witnessed them rock the stage at my favorite venue, Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill a couple months ago, I looked around and didn't see the crowd lost in music but very much engaged. Gas Monkey Live and Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill have set both their venues with a welcoming vibe, from the mood, the musical acts, their employees, the attendees to the free parking. There are hundreds of reasons why I really enjoy my time at Gas Monkey venues, but one thing that sets Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill aside from any other venue in Dallas is the stage where artists perform over looking a gorgeous pond fully lit that will have you gazing for hours. For a moment I forget I'm even in Dallas. Think you missed out?... ABSOLUTELY NOT. The Maine are making another trip to Dallas Saturday, November 18 this year, and fortunately for everyone they are performing at Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill AGAIN! I sense The Maine and a ton of future artists marking their territory because there ain't no other place to truly jam out other than your own, Gas Monkey Dallas. Purchase your tickets HERE!

What more can you expect from Nick Santino. This track below is sexy, wait until you see it performed live. But before I jump to that let me introduce you to your next obsession, Beach Weather. Former front man of Rocket To The Moon, Nick Santino who is well known for collaborating and being apart of bands such as The Maine, The Bad Year and The Midway Class, hasn't set away from his ways of swooning us with his voice and melodies. We were all pretty devastated when Rocket To The Moon announced they were parting ways (especially since I was actually at their show when they announced that, crazy right?!) but after lat week's and discovering this project of his I have absolutely no complaints. Opening up for The Maine last night at Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill along side with The Mowgli's (Yeah they were too hype and hippie for me) Beach Weather not only brought the weather, because it was hella nice out by the pond but they totally rocked it on stage. Nick Santino is known for his musical talents and we wish the band loads of love and success even though they won't need it at all. Currently both their older and newest EP is SOLD OUT, but don't worry, click on the link HERE to get a notification when restocked! Happy Monday y'all!

Recently I poured my heart out about this band and how much their music truly means to me. I am so psyched to be able to see them April 13, 2017 at Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill. I can already tell you that the weather is going to be hella nice and warm for those of you attending this show in Dallas. Be ready to hear me sing on top of my lungs to every song because John O' Callaghan will be swooing errbody in the crowd! Gas Monkey Dallas has been our second home. Gas Monkey Bar
great view of the stage over looking the pond. Don't miss this show! I know you must hear that all the time. So I will break it down for you. Gas Monkey Dallas have established a very professional and friendly environment in their venues. You don't have to worry about paying for parking. And did I mention the food menu at Bar N' Grill is the bomb diggity? The Maine are a well rounded pop/ rock band set for all ages. The Maine's new album Lovely Little Lonely is available now. Or... we can expect to catch you there and you can purchase a physical copy of the album at the venue?!

I was going to say how I sense a new album after hearing newest song, "Bad Behavior" by The Maine but as always they have beat me to it. My spider senses were tingling I guess. Okay, totally pushing aside the corny jokes now. I have grown tremendously with this band, I have cried with them, I have laughed with them, they seem to understand it all and have helped me get through the best of times and the worst. Previous TVG member and my little sister Farah Glass put me on to The Maine. And when they made a stop in Houston, TX back in 2011 I had to see them. I fell in love. Why does each song speak to me, I felt a connection. From Forever Halloween to American Candy and many albums before, I have continued to follow and listen to the band. We have a pretty solid relationship you can say. On stage and off, the members of The Maine share a genuine connection with their fans, and that means a lot to me, because for a second you forget they are a band and view them as people who you can share your pain and laughter with. Lovely Little Lonely is set to be their 14th album (including previous EPs) which is dated to release April 7. Great news if you are in Dallas! They will be performing at Gas Monkey Live, April 13. I most definitely will be there so be sure to come by and enjoy the music!
